Event detection solution
The event detection system provides fast and efficient automatic event detection, alarm generation and triggering of automatic traffic management scenarios, e.g., by the Control Pro system. It helps detect traffic safety incidents and enables the management system to respond appropriately to the incident.
The road administrator requires up-to-date information on the traffic situation in order to manage traffic effectively. APM PRO, based on the AID cameras and induction loops system, detects, transmits, and collects information on such events as a pedestrian on the roadway, a stopped vehicle, a sudden change of speed (slowing down), a vehicle driving against traffic, a slow-moving vehicle, objects on the road, detection of queue length, detection of traffic congestion.
