Production of control cabinets

We produce control cabinets comprehensively, starting with the design, selection of enclosures and equipment, through the assembly of devices and their testing to the installation of the cabinet in the field and its servicing.

We use the highest quality components from proven companies. All installed devices and wiring are labelled, helping to quickly identify how a particular device is connected. The cables are laid in technical trays. During production, we follow schemes previously designed to meet the needs of the equipment to be installed and operated at a given location.

Our cabinets support vehicle weighing systems, video detection points, meteo stations, VMS signs, prismatic signs. A door opening control system is also installed in the cabinets. Each cabinet is checked for electrical and correct operation before it is installed in the field. Inside the cabinet is a diagram, the cabinet number and information about the assembly process and quality control. The cabinets are equipped with a temperature control system to ensure correct operation of the equipment.
