Construction progress on APM PRO’s new headquarters
The construction of APM PRO’s new headquarters is progressing on schedule, with each completed stage reinforcing the foundation of our future office and warehouse infrastructure. Advancing structural works, securing the permit for the medium-voltage power station, and commissioning independent technical systems mark important steps toward a modern facility designed to support the company’s continued growth and expanding technological capabilities.

Construction activities are moving forward as planned. On 15 December, the third and final floor of the office building is scheduled for completion, bringing the structure to the open shell stage. Remaining work includes final segments of structural walls, cores, lintels, beams, and the roof slab, followed by the installation of the fire wall above roof level.
A significant milestone was obtaining the construction permit for the medium-voltage (MV) power station. This station will provide an independent power supply for both the office building and warehouse hall, enabling the future commissioning of technological infrastructure and building management systems. Preparations are underway for equipment procurement and scheduling, with commissioning planned around the turn of the year.

In parallel, installation work has begun on the deep-water well system, exceeding 20 meters in depth. The well will ensure a stable and independent source of water for daily operations and fire protection. Once installation is complete, the fire-fighting tanks will be filled and prepared for subsequent technical inspections.
Providing permanent electrical and water supply will make it possible to submit the first partial occupancy approvals for the warehouse hall, enabling its operational use and supporting the continuation of subsequent investment stages.
Each completed phase brings us closer to launching a modern facility that will strengthen our operational and technological capabilities. We thank all teams involved for their coordination, consistency, and steady progress.
